The staff here were very friendly, even the owner, and our king room had a spacious ensuite bathroom.

Great choice for trip. Spotless place with sea views and helpful staff. Convenient and absolutely incredible location in the peaceful area, with a railway station near the hotel. A lot of food options relatively near the venue.

The personnel was welcoming and very polite, and the host too. The location was wonderful and incredible, near the railway station and Cleethorpes Pier and the beach and the arcades.

The guest house was reasonably priced the staff were friendly. The room was pleasantly decorated although The breakfast and service were ok apart from there was mould in the Marmalade. The land lady offered a range of massage treatments which were very relaxing. All in all a pleasant stay. Nice for anyone interested in Buddhism.

There were minor problems the towel rail was hanging off the wall. The sink had some sort of airlock problem which made a noise when the room next door emptied the water out of their sink. The shared bathroom shower had two setting hot and extremely hot. The carpets looked like they needed hoovering. We found the resort slightly run down.

the nicest place to stay when travelling to Cleethorpes. Relaxing and absolutely fantastic property with a savoury breakfast. 3. What a quiet and perfect location easy to get to from the train station! 4. Just off the pier, restaurants, seafront, and public transport. 5. Hospitable staff providing excellent services.

my room was lovely but my friends downstairs room was not so good. Better to have a walk-in shower for people with physical problems

The decorations were stunning and the guest house was conveniently located near the train station and beachfront. the staff went above and beyond to provide a great experience, even including shampoo and conditioner in the room. We felt comfortable and spent most of our time in our room. It was definitely worth the money and we would happily return.

The toilet seat was a bit uncomfortable as the back kept hitting your back. there was no remote in the room until Saturday evening.

The breakfast was top-notch! I especially enjoyed the full English breakfast option and the variety of cereals offered. The location was also a major plus, with easy access to the beach and shops within walking distance. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating.

The room was a bit small, leaving little space for moving around. the curtains were not very effective in blocking out the street lamp's light, making it difficult to sleep if you prefer complete darkness.
